Early Spring in 'Upstate' New York. There was enough of a chill in the air that I considered staying home. The sun was up high enough that I wondered whether the light would be too harsh. In the end, I was satisfied with the photos. The dense woods filtered out the sun and the noise from the outside world. I was the only person in the woods for those few hours and it was wonderful to feel alone.
This is from a place called Bozen Kill Preserve. I used my Mamiya RB67, which is still new to me. I shot with TMAX 100 developed in Rodinal.
